The aim of this course corresponds with that of BérBarométer, namely to strengthen the equal opportunities of genders, with special regards to strengthening the economic equal opportunities of genders and decreasing the gender pay gap.
Our goal is that people who have completed this course, people in employment, pressure group activists or anybody else who is interested and/or involved in this topic will be fully aware of:

• what and how they should take into consideration and assess for the proper evaluation of the situation,
• what kind of tools are available to promote economic equal opportunity,
• what kind of best practices can be found in order to promote the decrease of the gender pay gap.
